[1]. If the urgent procedure is decided by the Assembly. (On 29 May 2008, the Bureau took note of the proposal by the Monitoring Committee to hold an urgent debate on "The functioning of democratic institutions in Armenia" if the co-rapporteurs on Armenia, following their next visit to the country on 16 and 17 June 2008, conclude that insufficient progress has been achieved by then as regards the implementation of the demands formulated by the Assembly in Resolution 1609 (2008) adopted on 17 April 2008.)

[3]. The complete title of the report is: "Gökçeada (Imbros) and Bozcaada (Tenedos): preserving the bicultural character of the two Turkish islands as a model for co-operation between Turkey and Greece in the interests of the people concerned".
