ENERGY SUMMIT

BALKAN OIL PIPELINES – WHEN AND WHERE

Belgrade, April 10th 2006 – Hotel INTERCONTINENTAL, Serbia and Montenegro

It is with great pleasure that we announce the forthcoming Energy Summit which will take place in Belgrade, on April 10th 2006.

Energy Summit will be organized under the auspices of Mr. Miroljub Labus, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Serbia.

The objectives of this Summit are to present and discuss current prospects for the construction of Balkan oil pipelines: Burgas – Alexandroupolis, Albania – Macedonia – Bulgaria Oil Pipeline (AMBO) and the Pan-European Oil Pipeline (PEOP) Constanza - Trieste, which are designed to allow Russia to export oil through the Black Sea whilst bypassing the busy Bosporus Strait in Turkey, and promoting the Balkans as an important transit centre for Russian and Caspian Sea region oil exports to Western consumers.

This established event will be a great opportunity to meet all the key players connected with the construction of Balkan oil pipelines - government officials, company representatives and potential investors.

We look forward to welcoming you to Belgrade!
