On behalf of the Finnish Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE, I have the pleasure to propose the candidature of Dr Kimmo Kiljunen, MP, vice chairman of the Finnish OSCE PA delegation, for election as Vice President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE. Dr Kimmo Kiljunen has during his ten years as member of the Assembly and Vice Chairman of the Fin- nish OSCE PA delegation been very active i.a. as member and leader of various working groups and elec- tion monitoring missions. He has shown strong and consistent commitment to the work of the Parliamen- tary Assembly and to the promotion of the OSCE principles and values (see full CV in annex).
